All of these classes are offered on a sliding scale basis for those with financial need. These classes are based on research showing that similar classes are helpful to people struggling with depression, anxiety, and other forms of stress. We hope that you will find them helpful as well.

We have been told that the North Northwest Business Association and Portland Development Commission have teamed up to make this space beautiful. The bids are coming in this spring and the work is supposed to happen this summer. We are so excited that a new, beautiful outdoor space will be opening right across from our building! We’ll try to put pictures up soon.
